Help with the sales process

Sharon Aby will be presenting the Workshop “Stepping up to 21st Century Selling”  on September 14th.  She suggests that selling is a process.   Below a way she looks at selling.

The Art of Solution Selling

  • Listen for the customer’s problem(s).
  • Can you help them solve their problem?
  • Do you understand their need or business?
  • Can you create options for them to consider?
  • Can you create the first follow-up?
  • Solve a problem or fill a desire?
